Olive - Hi! Like Stephen E. and Stephen A. McIntyre, I am descended from Robert Bruce McIntyre, his son,Charles Isaac McIntyre, and his son John Franklin McIntyre. There are a lot of us. What information do you still need?? I knew about Peter and John, but I had never heard and am still not convinced they had a brother R.W. or Robert W. and a sister Catherine. It is possible that the Christine McIntyre in the 1870 census is the Christeena Delaney (born 25-May-1789)married to Robert Bruce, but I thought she died in Ohio and was born in PA.
I think we ended up with 9 children for Charles Isaac. James Hannum and I both had 7, but we both had 2 the other did not.(for the names see my reply in this forum to the William Cornelius McIntyre query).For a summary of my speculation on Robert Bruce's
