Mrs. Sarah Julia James of Wilmington, N.C., wed Kenansville, N.C., merchant Andrew McIntyre. They removed to Holmes Co., Miss., with her parents Joshua and Hetty-Bella Sage James, Sr. They had Andrew J. McIntyre born 1838, George W. McIntyre born 1839, John J. McIntyre born 1843, and David McIntyre born 1845. Seek McIntyre descendants. I descend one of Julia's three brothers, Holmes Co. militia LtCol Robert William James, born Wilmington 1811, later of New Orleans, died Biloxi 1882, by son Capt. Harry Copp James, Biloxi harbormaster who died there 1923, and his daughter Mrs. Ruth Irma James Wootten, my grandmother, who died Wilmington 1956. James Alfred Miller Jr., Southport, N.C.
