       Sir,
              I Rebecca McIntyre, Widow of James McEntire of Schuylkill township, Chester County,
       Pennsylvania, deceased do hereby renounce all my right to Letters of Administratrix
       upon the estate of said deceased. In favor of S D Hunter, Phoenixville.
        Witness my hand and seal, this twenty ninth 29th day of
       January A D 1880

       Known all men by these presents that we S D Hunter Administrator of James McIntyre decd and J O H Robarts and Thomas Gillespie are held bound unto the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the sum of Two Hundred ($200 00/100) dollars.... 27th January 1880.
       ....S D Hunter the Administrator of all and singular, the goods, chattels and credits of James McIntyre late of the township of Schuylkill in said county, deceased, do make, or cause to be made, a true and perfect inventory....... and the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited into the Register's Office, in the county of Chester, within thirty days...... (etc., etc.)
       The document is signed by S D Hunter the administrator of the estate, and J O H/K Robarts & Thos Gillespie, surety
       Witnesses: Wm W Underwood, B F McAlee or McAtee

dbs notes: In 1880, S D Hunter is a Justice of the Peace, living in South Ward, Phoenixville, Chester Co PA; J C K Robarts also lives in South Ward, Phoenixville and there is a Thomas Gellespie in North Ward, Phoenixville.
