I have several McIntyre/McIntyre books and none have Archibald McIntyre in them. I have not seen Robert Harry McIntyre's book. I have contacted the cemetery where Archibald McIntyre is buried. It's a very large lot with over 80 people in the lot. He is also buried very close to Lewis Morris who's namesake and grandfather Lewis Morris signed the Declaration of Independence. His great grandfather was Richard Morris who was an Officer in Oliver Cromwell's army. Archibald McIntyre had his picture painted by Charles Cromwell Ingham. The painting is being displayed at the Adirondack Museum.

Christopher Gist grandmother is Edith Cromwell and her grandfather is Oliver Cromwell. The Gist and Myers family are in business together and the Myers and McIntyre families are intermarried. I believe no children of Archibald McIntyre are listed because this connection to the Brown family of John Brown. It's well recorded that John Brown's "Brown" family came over on the Mayflower due to Charles Cromwell's death.

Do you have the ISBN number for that book? Otherwise this spring, I must go to the cemetery and/or the Adirondack Museum to get these records.
