My great grandfather, Allen Hughie McIntyre (Jun 10, 1880, Norwich Ontario) was married to Ida Mae Freeman (4 Jul, 1886- Apr 1875). The only known children were all girls, but Allen and Ida were divorced, so there could be another family...
The only other reference I can find on Allen regarding his birth or parents is from the 1881 Canada Census which shows an Allen 1year old (born 1880) in the home of "Locklin" McIntire/McIntyre (b-1855) married to Mary (b 1861) and another child in the home Kate (b 1878). I have not been able to find any reference to Allen or "Locklin"
If anyone has any reference or information to this little lost branch of McIntyre's I would be eternally grateful!
