Looking for information on my McIntyre/McIntire Line. My line starts with my great great grandmother Catherine (Kate)McIntyre. She was born 19 June 1875 in Sidney, NS, daughter of Allan (?John)McIntyre and Flora McKenzie. Allan and John may have been used interchangably for her father he was of Glace Bay, NS.He had a sister named Mary McIntyre. I suspect that Flora McKenzie was the daughter of Charles McKenzie and Catherine McPherson, but not clarified. Allan (?John) was born about 1841 and Flora McKenzie was born between 1847-1851. At some point Allan/John and Flora moved to Inverness County, NS. They are found in the 1881 and 1891 census in Strathlorne, Inverness, NS.They had the following children:

Catherine McIntyre married William Day on 04 August 1901 Broad Cove, Nova Scotia. They had the following children:

Hattie Elizabeth Day married Leo Little. She was b Abt. 1913 in Margaree Forks d 1986
Murdock b Aft 1901
Hector b Aft. 1901
John Joe b Aft. 1901
Joseph (Joe) b Aft. 1901
Mary b Aft 1901 married a man named Burke.
Looking for any information on Allan/John McIntyre and Flora McKenzie, their parentage, DOB, DOD and marriage.
Would also like to connect with descendents to Catherine McIntyre Day through any of her children. I descend from her son John Albert Day.
