Hi Craig:
I received a message a year or two ago from you about the marriage of Amos McIntyre and Hattie Slusser and thought that had nothing to do with my family. I have since found the record and it is my grandfather. We did not know he had been married before he married my grandmother. However, the point of this is to say a great big THANK YOU!!! I was under the impression that Amos' mother was Susan Terbush. You gave me the right name and I am now back on the trail. I also found Susan, widow of Joseph, listed in the Appleton City Directory for the years 1884-1898. I knew that Levi, Amos' brother moved to WI after the CW but did not know the rest of the family moved with him. I found the Susan record and wondered if she had somethng to do with Lawrence Univ. as she is listed as occupied there. Do you have any info on this?
