I have a Daniel McIntyre on the Rankin County tax roll for the years 1828 and 1829. It doesn't match your Danny W., it is something to look at. The 1870 Rankin County, Ms. Federal census shows house #29 Daniel W. McIntyre age 29 born in Ms. with Catherine age 48, Chesterfield age 12 and John L. McIntyre age 40. In 1850 there are two McIntyre households with males named Daniel one age 23 and one age 12. Please e mail me for more information.
