Hi Jeannete have just read your message as McIntyre is one of the names on my family tree. I only have the one however Janet(Margaret) McIntyre, no birthdate, no parent's names but she married Alexander McInnes who was born 27 January 1764 in Kilfinan, Argyll. Their son John married his second wife a Helen Smith in 1849 and she was born in Killean, Argyll, It is her family that I have the most information on with her mother being a McDiarmid grandparents also called McKinnon and Galbreath, gts called Mcneill and gt.gts called Stewart. The last on my tree is Donald Mckinnon born 1731. Most of these all come from Argyll, Campbeltown, Gigha, Killean etc I don't know if any of this is relevant to you best wishes Moira nee McInnes
