Hello you two! I, too, descend from this clan. Ann MacINTYRE and Donald were my 5th g-grandparents. I follow this line: Donald, b. 1759>James D., b. 1802>Donald, b. 1831>Anna, b. 1860. (I descend from Ann's family rather than Donald's, from the Clan Chief James MacIntyre. Of course, I don't know Donald's ancestry, so I don't know whether he's related to his wife.) My McIntyres also immigrated to Michigan. I'm just beginning my research (or confirming information that has been given to me over the years), but my McIntyre info comes from the book about the "McIntyres of Michigan", which my great uncle helped to write. I'd be happy to swap info. Always nice to meet kin!
