R.McIntyre,
Sorry that I have no information on the brothers you asked about: James, Johnand Samuel. James and john are common given names in my family line, Samuel is not.

My McIntyre line most likely started in Ireland,(Donegal County ) but, they were probably forced emmigrated to Scotland. I find them on the 1851, 1861, 1871 census's there. Four of the family came to the states at various time. All of them settled in Pa, Luzerne county , Lachawanna county and Allegheny Co. Given names were Francis, William ( my grandfather ), Edward and Catherine.Thats not too say that we could not have common relatives, who knows.
Appreciate getting a E-mail from you if you wish and we can find out more about possible connections or the McIntyres in general. I am not too goodwith all of this, just getting use to computers, family tree software, etc. etc.
Thanks for repling Kenneth L McIntyre, ( vvmcintyre@aol.com
