Andrew Russell and Jean Mitchell did have a son named Mathew. However this Mathew married Jane Henderson.
This family was from Augusta Co, Va. They all moved to Tn. where you can find deeds and wills. The Mathew Russell who married Jane McIntire came from Cumberland Co, Pa. They moved to NC long before the other Russells left Va for Tn.
