Arminda McIntire born 1812 Harrison Co, IN married John Scammahorn (1809 KY-bef 1850 Clay Co. IN) and had known children:Sarah c.1834, Jacob c.1840, John c.1842 & Elizabeth c. 1845. After husbands death, Arminda moves from Clay Co, IN to Kansas, Edgar Co, IL with her 4 known children and her mother Nancy Berry McIntire. They are there in 1860 census living next to her brother Robert McIntire and his family. I lose her, her family and her mother after 1860, would like to know what happen to them. I am gg granddaughter of her sister Maryann Margaret McIntire, who married David Samuel Cobble.
