Descendants of Philip McIntire by R.H.McIntire (1941) states that Philip(2)
was born in 1667....., removed to Connecticut about 1725, and settled north of Quinnatisset Hill in Thompson. Children to Philip and Rebecca were: Ebenezer, 1695; Mary,1699; Rebecca,1699; Philp,1700; Ruth,1703; Joseph,c1708; Stephen,c1716; Daniel,1717.
Can someone tell me if the later (1982) version of this book (same author) provides more information about Philip(2)'s years in CT? Was he in the vicinity of Kent in the 1740's?
