There is a possible link here to my branch of the McIntire family only in that my greatgrandfather, Robert James McIntire, once said he had family in Fleming County. He also had a sister named Sallie, though she married a Lehue Chancellor.
Robert J. McIntire married Mary G. Young in 1854 in Union County, KY. They had six children: Jennie, Robert, Sallie, Thomas, Willy and Lucy, and lived in Union County in the 1870's and 1880's.
