WILLIAM MCINTIRE, born ca. 1847, died 24 Jun 1897 near Washington, Daviess Co., Indiana. Served in Captain Ashbury H. Alexander's Company F, 10th Regiment of the Indiana Cavalry Volunteers from 1863-1865.
WILLIAM MCINTIRE first married CHARLOTTE BURRASS on 30 Jun 1868 in Daviess Co., Indiana. They had the following children:
Anna, Edward, John, William, Harrace, Thomas and Nellie.
WILLIAM MCINTIRE married second LOUISA WILLIAMSON FIELDS MCINTIRE on 13 Aug 1890. They had the following children: Lula, Minta and Olive.
Father of WILLIAM MCINTIRE was JOHN MCINTIRE/MCINTYRE, born ca. 1813 in Ireland, who married a Hannah (?) and was living in Veale Twp., Daviess Co., Indiana in 1850 with two children: MARGURITE b. 1845 and WILLIAM b. 1847.
