I'm looking for Stephen's ancestors and his wife Rebecca's surname. He enlisted 9/17/61 in the Civil War; Co D, OH, 42nd Infantry, and was discharged 3/15/62. He was born about 1835, she about 1837, and they were married around 1855-60. Their daughter Mary Jane was born 12 June 1860, OH, and they may have lived near Newark, OH. Other children were Lydia, Rena, Stephen, and another daughter. They moved to IN after Stephen's discharge, then some of the family went to IL. Thanks for any information.
