I am going to send you more e-mail info on the McEntires direct to your webb site. Yes, we were told that the McEntires originated in Ireland,but migrated to Scotland due to the tierny of the Catholic Church at that time. Our line includes a King of Scotland, and that is through the Gordons side of the family. A Miss Gordon married a Mr. McEntire. Will send you the information so that you may read it.
As for James, i will have to review the McEntire genelogy, but for right now , it will be better to forward all that to you.
