Sorry i don't know which family of Mc's Reba is alieghned with, but in reading her biography, she says that her Mc's used to sit around and argue about how to spell the name, and that is what mine used to do, however in 1933 , ( my Mother was was a Granddaughter of Sam McEntire of the Sequatchie Valley in Tennessee, near Whitwell,) all agreed on a deed that i have that they spelled there name McEntire.
My Mother was born in 1895, and died in 1933. So we are searching trying to find others related to Sam, who came to Tennessee from North Carolina and traveled thur Georgia from his birht place in South Carolina. If you are interested in this line e-mail me at Siotha@ webtv.net
