Hi, it may be a long shot, but I've got an Honore Joseph McIntyre, born 1779 in Quebec, who might be related to your Honore? He was the son of Neil McIntyre & Margaret McKenzie, both of Barra, Scotland, who came to Canada in 1772.

Any connection?
