Source, Lowell Sun Lowell, MA May 31, 1932 MacINTYRE - Archibald MacIntyre Jr., for the past 10 years superintendent of the C. F. Hatch Co. of this city and widely known for his former activities in athletic projects, died yesterday morning at his home, 23 Berkeley avenue, after a brief illness. He was 39 years of age. Mr. MacIntyre was born in this city and was educated in the public schools and Boston University. For many years he lived in the outer Gorham street district where he was generally known. His brother, John MacIntyre, gained much prominence in semi-pro football in this city some years ago. Mr. MacIntyre was a veteran of the World war, having enlisted Feb. 26, 1918, with the 308th Infantry of the 77th division. He served overseas. At the time of his death he was a member of Lowell pst 87, American Legion. Surviving are his wife, Esther L. (Ross) MacIntyre; Notify Administrator about this message?
