On the off chance that this might help you or someone else researching pre-1800 Mabyns in Cornwall, I will post this will abstract.

LDS FHL Film #90,196 item 2 = Will book ?, page 79:
Will of John UGLOW.
nephew Thomas OLD; nephew John BRYANT; niece Martha MILL, 3 younger children of the said John BRYANT's deceased sister; Jane MILL, d/o Martha MILL; sister Elizabeth UGLOW; nephew Alexander MABYN; nephew Andrew MABYN; niece Martha HEARD; niece Margaret OLD; Jane WALLIS, d/o William WALLIS; servant Richard CANN; if John BRYANT shall make dispute with his sister's children...; cousin Thomas MABYN; cousin Nichols MABYN; nephew John MABYN.

My line is the Uglows, not the Mabyns. If I find any more pre-1800 Mabyn/Mabin info while researching my own lines in Cornwall, I'll post it here also.
