I have a Tigar Mabb as the mother of Leroy Brower her husband was Jeremiah Brower. Leroy's military pension papers from the National Archives, says he was born August 31, 1844, but dates on his children were incorrectly submitted. Leroy was born in Lewiston, New York, but his family were in Saratoga County, New York. He married firstly, July 4, 1870, to C lara Erica McIntosh, at Ballston Spa, New York. They had six or seven children. The first three were born in Saratoga County, New York and remaining children were born in Iowa when the parents moved to Iowa probably with his parents. Clara died in Iowa 1899, and Leroy returned to Saratoga County, New York and married secondly November 20, 1901, to his cousin, Miss Katherine Anna Bush. By Katherine he had four children. I am still trying to find out information on when Jeremiah married Tigar Mabb, maybe Keziah was her real name and Tigar was a pet name. There are Mabb's recorded in the early census residing in Albany and Saratoga counties, but don't know if a relationship exist. Would be happy to share any information I have with all researchers.
