So sorry to hear of the passing of cousin John LaTourette.
I want to make sure I have my "tree right" and if I need to make a correction. I have John R. LaTourette who just passed away, the son of John R. LaTourette Sr. (1886-1967), who was the son of Charles David LaTourette b. 06 Aug 1855 in St. Louis, MO and died bef. 1930 in Portland and Sedonia B. Shaw? Your posting first has him the grandson of Lyman D.C. and Lucy Jane Gray then later Charles D. and Sedonia Shaw. I thought I would check the census records but no luck just yet. I am sure it was a simple mistake, our tree can get quite tangled. But I want to make sure I have it correct.
Also, I have heard the name Muffie come up ever so often when discussing the OR LaTourette's. Is her birth name Juliette or or Melinda? Or is Juliette and Melinda two different daughters?
