You might want to try http://www.geneanet.org. I didn't see anything for Luquet, though. Do an Advanced Search with Name=Labat, Country=FRA, Region=MPY, and SubRegion=F65. You'll get a list of cities and dates and usually a link to a researcher.
There was another site that I can't get to now, called CousinsWeb65. It had the same kind of info. (65 is the region code for Haute Pyrenees.)
I gather most research in France is done by hiring a genealogist. I tried a lot of Web searches and haven't found much that is free.
