Do you have any names for this Francis' parents, wife, or children?

I am helping a friend with his family genealogy. His gg-grandfather was Francis LaBarre, born in 1818 and listed as a "tinner" in the 1853-1857, and 1864 Baltimore City Directories. And, listed as a "tinner" in the 1870 Baltimore census.

During the Civil War he was in Company H, 7th Infantry Regiment Virginia (which was made up of volunteers from Washington City, DC and MD). His military occupation was listed as a "plater".
