Van Etten, John, PA Line, wf Cornelia LaBar, former widow. W4474 BLW#26699-160-55. Soldier was a son of Johannes "John Van Enne" Soldier lived in Northampton CO. PA. at enlistment and srv under his father Capt. Johannes Van Etten. Soldier had married Corneilia Decker 16 March 1780 in Northampton, PA. She was born 17 Jan 1768. Soldier died in Aug 1808 in Northampton. Widow married 2nd to Daniel LaBar on 8 April 1812 and he died 16 Feb 1846. Widow died 18 Jan 1858. A son John I. Van Etten was born 7 Feb 1782 and he married Mary Kykendale, she was born 27 Jan 1781 and was the d/o Solmon and Mary Kykendale.
