Terri: thanks for your response, but I am
afraid that your person and my relative are
not the same person. My maternal great-grandfather was from Germany, but lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and did not live outside Milwaukee after coming from Germany.
His children were 5 girls (My grandmother was the oldest of the 5) and one son, who died in the 40's sometime(the son's son is still alive and from time to time we correspond. He too lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. When I get a little more information I will pass it on. Again, THANKS
