Have you had any luck on getting information regarding the names of Peter's slaves?
I have come across a Kivett family who located in Franklin Co, OH and according to the 1880 Census, were from NC. I believe some or all of this family may be buried in a section of one of the cemeteries we now maintain, which was not recorded by the previous owners.
The Kivett name seems to focus in Randolph Co, which is what brought me to Peter.
If you'd like the information I've collected on this Kivett family, just let me know.
