Although I have several thousand Kivett family members logged, and would love to help you, I can not now precisely place this Nancy Kivett. The closest I can come is:
Nancy Mary Kivett (01 Jun 1833 - 16 Jun 1899)
married (24 Apr 1856) to
John Fisher
I show her to be the daughter of:
John Kivett & Charina (or Catherine) Amick
of Howard Co., MO.
Maybe you can send more on your Nancy to help me identify her as another person I have by some other name, or a "new" Nancy to me.
