yDNA testing to answer Kivett questions

Although I can't participate (because I have no Kivett yDNA) in any Kivett yDNA testing, I believe it would answer some lingering questions about the Kivett (Kieviet) family. My link is thru my maternal line and this yDNA test is thru the male line. Because there are Kieviets in Holland and Kuwits in this country from Germany there could be a comparison with them that could indicate German or Dutch roots. The test is a simple swab of the inside of the cheek and cost about $260 per sample. Once a sample is taken it can easily be compared with those that are taken at a later date for linkage. FYI....
