Do know Michael was the youngest of John's sons. Do beleive he moved to what is now called Lordstown,Ohio. I do know from when I was a Youngstown State (79-81)that a Karlene or Darlene) Kistler, introduced to me by accident by a friend , well she lived with her mom and dad. She and her dad told me that the GM Lordstown plant is on the original homestead and in the 30s was sold to GM. Maybe that will help YOU. I also think in the 1820s CENSUS THAT MICHAEL THE TANNER IS OFTEN MENTIONED, HIS FARM IS STILL LOCATED THERE IN BETHEL TOWNSHIP. I THINK HE OR A SON WITH HIS NAME MAY AHVE MOVE WEST LATER,BEFORE THE CIVIL WAR. my son's name is Michael..but he is a little young.
