Hi Linda,

YES! I read the book because my ancestor and others were ambushed and massacred at Bloody Brook so I wanted to know more about it. I'm not a war/battle buff, but like history. THe book was very readable and gave me insight into why the war happened and frankly impressed upon me the terror of living in the wilderness at the time! The review I read before I bought it said that it was a very good history of the war.
