Just curious. Has anyone looked into the possibility of hiring a professional genealogist with expertise in Southeastern Indian research? I wonder what something like that might cost if we were to pool resources.

In my immediate family I am the only one really interested in genealogy. If my children gather an interest in finding their roots then it might be another 30 years before that happens. That's a lot of time to pass in my opinion.
