The catalog of the Freeman's Auction House sale of Americana on 16 April 2005 on p. 5 pictures an excellent ink and watercolor perspective view of the Jacoby homestead in Philadelphia, PA, ca. 1800. Leonard Jacoby and Francis Jacoby, both Philadelphia merchants, lived in the house pictured at the corner of N. Second St. and Sassafrass or Race St. I am scanning this page in case any of the Jacoby's descendants might like a copy, either by email or by postal mail. Somebody in the family ought to have it--it's too good to be missed by the family. My email address can be found by clicking on my name above. If it were a picture of the homestead of a Mr. Pease, I'd sure want someone to do the same for me. Bill Pease, Lancaster, PA Notify Administrator about this message?
