I have an original studio photo of “C. H. Jacoby – age 24”, taken in Olin (Jones Co.) IA in about 1905-1910, which I would like to get back to family members.
I researched the name and found him to be Clarence Harrison Jacoby, born (per 1900 census and Ancestry FamilyTree) in April 1884, in Olin, IA, to Gideon & Sarah (Griggs) Jacoby. In 1900, they lived in Rome Twp., Jones Co., IA and Clarence’s mother, Sarah, was age 59 and a widow.
