DISPATCHES --
From Oakland, April 19 -- As the 4 o'clock p.m. San Francisco train was starting from Broadway station for Brooklyn, Mrs. JACOBS, wife of Captain JACOBS of Ocean View, was accidently thrown under the moving cars, and before the bystanders had rescued her from her perilous position, 6 car
wheels had passed over her leg, crushing it so completely that she survived but an hour.
