Seeking information on my 2 great grandfather. Count Friedrich Wilhelm Jacobi von Grabowski was born in Eastern Europe around
1831. He immigrated to South Africa with his father and 6 brothers through England in 1848. He was married Lutheran in South
Africa in 1853. The first few children were named "Jacobi von Grabowski", but subsequent children listed at the Presbyterian church
were registered "Jacoby". His death certificate lists only "William Jacoby". Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I am in America
and have had great difficulty trying to research my family in many countries over seas.
