What time frame are you looking at? My great-grandmother, Nannie Helen Jacks Hinshaw, had two brothers, Lawson Finis Jacks & Richard Franklin Jacks, who settled in Brinkley, Arkansas, after leaving Jackson County, Alabama. I have a list of the descendants of these two men, and will be glad to check for you to see if Luther & Blanche Jacks are mentioned.
