I know that it's been a long time since you first posted this message. You may already have information you sought on Harriet Jackman, but if not, then maybe this will help.
Harriet Jackman was my great grandmother. Her son Franklin was my grandfather. The following is the information I found on her, her parents and some siblings.

Harriett Ephriam Jackman
(1853-1922)
Born near Oil City, Ky.
Died a deaf, blind invalid
buried in Cave City, Glasgow Municipal Cemetery
Married Jesse (Tom) Thomas Riherd in 1879

Father:William Jackman
(1810-1898)
Orphaned, of Irish descent
Born Lancaster, KY.
1830 came to Barren Co., Ky.
A Tanner by trade
buried Jackman Farm Cemetery near Glascow Airport
Married(1834) Baptist (had 11 children)

Mother:Elizabeth Leah Steffey
(1813-1889)
German descent
Wythe Co.,Ky.
buried Jackman Farm Cemetery near Glascow Airport

Sisters:Louise, Josephine and Pocahontas (1855-1935)
