Here is the will that you mentioned in your posting:

Will of Allen Jones
Russell County Kentucky

The 25th day of December 1830, I Allen Jones of the County of Russell and the State of Kentucky being sound in mind thanks be to Almighty God calling to remembrance the uncertain state of this transitory life and that all flesh must yield to death where it shall please God to call do make, constitute, ordain and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form this to be taken only for my last will and testament and none other and first I give and commit my sole to Almighty God and Savior and my body buried to be where my executors please hereafter name to appoint. And now for the settling my temporal estate and such goods, chattels as it hath pleased God far above my deserts to bestow upon me. I do order, give and dispose the same in manner and form that is to say first I will that all those debts and dues I owe which at this time I don’t know that I owe anything at all. I give all my ready money to my well beloved wife to help in her widowed estate and further. It is my wish for my children to be made even as with the first which I believe they all have been to Polly Jackman and then for my beloved wife Sarah to keep the rest all together in her own hands as long as she lives and at her death for all my estate to be sold or divided by disinterested persons so that there may be no defraud in the division of my estate that is for my wife to live on the plantation and keep the slaves in her own hands as long as she lives and as for my executors I appoint David Jones and Abner Jones and Allen Jones, and John Jones, and Baxter Jones and Alexander Jackman and Wm Jones. These I do appoint for executors to do justice in the division and in witness.

Allen Jones Sr. (signed)

Witnessed
John Ballinger
Baxter Jones

Will was proven in a Russell County Court on November 15, 1832.
