Emma Elizabeth Haas was married to William Jackley. Her older sister Lulanna Cora Haas was married to John Kincaid. Emma's mother was Emmaline P. WHITE Haas. Her obituary was transcribed for me by Ginny Plumley. It appeared in the Columbiana Evening Review on 10-13-1905. It lists Emma White Haas' surviving chidren as Mrs. William Jackley and Mrs. John Kincaid of Cameron West Va, Albert Haas (my great-grandfather) of Wellsville, Ohio, and Miss Nannie (sic) Haas of Bellaire, Ohio.
When Emma's daughter Thelma died, Emma took on the task of raising her grandchildren. My mother remembers visiting Emma and her granddaughter Joann in Washington DC.
