My great grandparents were John Jackley and Nettie Munro. He was born in Paru, Ill in 1861 and she was also born in Ill. in 1871. He owned a tannery and then a farm in Oskaloosa, Iowa. He died as a result of a car accident in 1931. I always thought that my great-grandmother lived to be 94 but our book says that she died in 1955 which is about right we have a family photo taken about then and she passed away right after that anyway that would make her 84. perhaps the birth year is wrong. They had three daughters the middle child was my grandmother. If anyone has further information I would appreciate it.
