Hi Lynette, Agreed there were 5 bros came to ONT Canada in 1860s from the Launceston area of North Cornwall, England - 4 stayed 1 came south into NY State, fully documented.
Secondly, there does appear to be alternative documentary support for Peter (Pierre) Jacket (Jacquet).
Additionally there is a Jacket / Jucket prescence In North America, a lot of events have been duplicated with both spellings.
