Searching for a marriage cira 1790's in either NC or possibly Pendleton Dist or Washington Dist SC between the families of Unknown STRONG (MA)/Charles CLEMENTS or Unknown STRONG (MA)/James JACK (abt 1749, Ireland - bef 1800 Pendleton Dist, SC) & Margaret ARMSTRONG (abt 1749, Ireland-1849 Fayette Co, GA)family.
Lorin STRONG (1809 MA-1885-TX) and his CLEMENT COUSINS James Strong CLEMENTS, Lovic, Israel, Nancy Clements Watts,and Jesse C. moved to TX cira 1840-41. I can trace Lorin STRONG from the time he entered TX in abt. 1841 to his death in TX in 1885, but have NO idea who his parents/siblings might be. I have been searching for his family for over 30 years now, to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I would be happy to share what info I have on him.
