Thanks to your post, I was able to find my Morton and Sloss ancestors from Slaught Conner, Antrim.

14 Apr 1862
George Morton, full, bachelor, Appletee, Parish of Connor, father Thomas Morton, farmer
Eliz. Sloss, full, spinster, Appletee, father Joseph Sloss
Witnesses James Booth, Nathaniel Dunseath.

Births in Connor parrish
Mary Morton – 20 May 1865 – born Katt – Conner Parish – parents George and Eliza Sloss Morton - occupation Labourer – residence Katt – Superintendent Registrar’s District Ballymena, Registrar’s District Galgorm, Union of Ballymena
3rd Presb. Church, Ballymena, Kirkinriola Parish*x

George Morton & Elizabeth Sloss had son Thomas Morton born 1871 in same area. George Morton died before 1873. His widow Elizabeth Sloss Morton married my great-randfather John Blair born about 1839 in Connor parrish.
Their children all born Slaught Ccorner.
John Blair, 1873.
William Blair 1875 (grandfather) Died 1924 Clydebank, Dumbarton, Scotland.
Agnes Blair, 1875.
