Hi
My grandfather is Louis James Iadarola. He was born in Milford, Massachusetts, on June 21, 1910, and past away in September, 2001. He was the seventh son of Francesco and Teresa (Annantuonio) Iadarola, both of whom immigrated to the United States from Pietro Monte Covino, Foggia, Italy.

His parents settled in Milford, MA, where they had a farm. Louis peddled milk, while earning a civil engineering degree from Northeastern University.

In Milford, the Iadarola name is well represented. There is an Iadarola Avenue, where the family farm used to be, and an Iadarola Square, named after my Grandafter's brother Francisco (Francesco?) who served in the war.

I don't have a lot of information on his family, only two of his brothers are still living, Americo Iadarola of South Yarmouth, MA and Frank Iadarola of Milford, MA.

Since you mention the same town as your family's origin, it is VERY likely that we are related. I'll pass along any info I find out, and tell my family about this site, as they have more info than I do. Hopefully we can make some progress.

Thanks
Kristin
