My name is Donna Lucia Iacono. My mother was born in Isole D'Ischia,Serrara, Italy in 1925. She came to this country, USA, in 1947 as an Italian War Bride, marrying my father, James Iacono. His parents also were from the Ischia - his father from Sant Angelo and his mother from Serrara. They came to the US in 1912. I have many cousins and second cousins there who I hope to visit with someday. My mother passed away in 2001, my dad in 2002. I have one remaining aunt still there. Her name is Giovianna.
