Dorothy Roach
Mildred's parents, Frank Ralph Roach & Mildred Keith Roach lived in Bremerton, Washington when Judith was small.
Mildred & Ralph had five children:
Kathy
Todd
Thomas
Judith
William
I can now tell my father that he has half-brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews!
