From my files, Luetta Gabbert was born Oct1869.
She married Martin Young in 1885. I show that
they had four children - Helen, James, Truman
and Clara. There may have been more children.
Luetta's siblings were Alonzo R. , George R. and
Rosa. They were children of Henry W. Gabbert,
born in 1850 and Nancy Hicks Miller.
Henry was a son of James M. Gabbert and Rebecca
Sullivan. James was born about 1823. [he was 27
years old in the 1850 Daviess Co., KY census]
James was a son of John Gabbert and Polly McKinney.
John and Polly were married 14Dec1818.
John was born about 1797 in ROckbridge CO., VA and
died in 1880 in Daviess Co., KY. Polly was born
17Sep1801 in Kentucky and died 06Nov1874.
You can find this family (#656) in the 1850 Daviess
Co., KY census (bage 390b).
John was a son of John Gabbert and Judith Tulley.
This line has been extensively researched by Rachel
and Allen Wallace.
John Sr. was born in August of 1770 in Lexington, VA.
John Sr. was a son of Mathias Gebert/Gabbert and
his wife Christina. Mathias and Christina are
my ancestors.
